Hospice PEI is a community of specially trained individuals supporting Islanders and their families on their end-of-life journey through peer-to-peer-based hospice, caregiver, and grief support services and programs. Hospice PEI relies on the generosity of others to ensure Islanders and their loved ones are supported during and after death.
Every dollar raised or donated stays in our community and makes a significant impact on those we serve. Funds received will go towards providing programs and services at Hospice PEI which include such things as bereavement support, hospice support, caregiver support, education, and advocacy.
