Hospice PEI’s West Prince Peer-to-Peer 8 Week Grief Group
Grief can feel like a very lonely journey, but you don’t have to walk through it alone.
Hospice PEI’s West Prince Peer-to-Peer Grief Group is scheduled to begin in Alberton on October 7th, 2026.
This 8-week group brings together people who understand the experience of loss firsthand, a space to share, listen, connect, and support one another along the way.
