SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Hospice PEI is honored to welcome Tina Rayner as the keynote speaker for our Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2026, at Mill River Resort.\nTina’s presentation, Surviving Grief & Loss: How Journaling Became a Tool for Healing, offers a deeply moving and courageous look into her family’s journey through unimaginable tragedy—and the resilience that followed.\nOver the span of just 22 months, Tina and her husband Jason faced life altering heartbreak. Their youngest son, Clay, survived a devastating dirt bike accident in 2019. One year later, their middle son, Cole, was lost in a single vehicle collision. Then, in July 2021, their oldest son, Ty, died by suicide. These experiences reshaped their lives forever.\nIn her keynote, Tina shares how journaling became one of the most powerful tools in her healing toolbox. What began as an attempt to write a book to help others overwhelmed by grief became a transformative process of acceptance, spiritual growth, and connection.\nThrough writing, she found a way to honor Clay’s resilience, celebrate Cole and Ty’s memory, and embrace her family’s commitment to “get better, not bitter.”\nTina’s message encourages us to turn toward healing rather than anger, to seek growth in the midst of trauma, and to allow love to guide us through even the darkest moments. Her story is one of courage, compassion, and the strength that comes from choosing hope.\nTina will have signed copies of her book, My Three Sons: A Journey of Faith, Family, and Love for sale before her presentation.\nYou won’t want to miss this inspiring story of how faith, love and community helped her. Her authenticity shines through both from the words on the pages and her in-person presence.\nJoin us at Mill River Resort on September 16, 2026 from 5pm to 630 pm for an AGM keynote that promises to be heartfelt, inspiring, and unforgettable. AGM Business meeting will follow Tina’s presentation.\n\n
