Hospice PEI had so much fun planting our “Gardens of Life” boxes at the Beach Grove Home, Tignish Seniors Home, Summerset Manor, and the Prince Edward Home a few weeks ago. There was a beautiful variety of plants and plenty of smiles.
This is a gardening project that builds on collaboration and helps bring communities together. We invite all residents, family, and friends to enjoy the bounty of these gardens.
The Garden’s of Life project has grown over time and we now have planter boxes in over 5 locations with our biggest collection of plants being at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
