On November 17, 2024, in recognition of National Bereavement Day, Hospice PEI is organizing their annual Memorial Service as a tribute to our loved one’s who have passed. It is a time to come together as a community and support one another. If you would like to hear the name of the person you are remembering read during the service, please tell the greeter the name of the person you are honouring when you arrive.
Services will be at the following locations:
Queens- St. James Presbyterian Church (The Kirk), 35 Fitzroy St., Charlottetown from 2:00pm-3:00pm
East Prince: Summerside Presbyterian Church, 130 Victoria Road from 2:00pm-3:00pm
West Prince: New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene O’Leary, 31 Parkview Dr, from 4:00pm-5:00pm
